My programming and board game hobbies have intersected in the DAIDE project; unfortunately, my work with PowerSpeak takes most of my computer time.

Games that have no element of luck. There is a random element, but no real luck unless you're comparing your score across games. The real difference is that the outcome of a single game doesn't depend on the randomness. |

What well designed Icehouse games are available for two people? Looks interesting. I can almost comprehend the rules well enough to try it sometime. |

Does a Trumpet card count as following suit? Trumpet does have the rule that you must follow suit, but the trumpet cards have no suit. Calling them "wild" has led players to believe that they're allowed to count as the led suit. Do any other games have both trump suits and suitless cards? |

What extra roles have you used with Werewolves? By that point, the game is already over anyway, so the winning condition applies. If the previous king/queen is mafia or a werewolf, he/she wins. |

What cooperative board games are there that I could safely play with my wife? We noticed this in the local game shop a few days ago, and the clerk strongly recommended it. It doesn't fit in our budget at the moment, but may soon. |
