How Unethical Is A Purely “Blocking” Move In Ticket To Ride? Honestly, I'm kind of surprised no one has linked to the Penny Arcade comic. NSFW: penny-arcade.com/comic/2012/04/16 |

D4 dice that are truncated tetrahedrons? While this is true, chances are d4s are not going to be used anywhere that money is on the line, so it probably won't be a big deal if "3" comes up a bit more frequently than it should, and "4" slightly less. Additionally as these would be designed by hand, unless some effort was put into it, chances are slim that inequality would be intentional. |

D4 dice that are truncated tetrahedrons? Actually, I'm pretty sure if you cast enough Magic Missiles, those dice WILL come up on the small side. My steampunk polyset has a D4 that can balance on the points, and we joke that when it does it'll be a 5! (Set is not cheap, but available here: shapeways.com/model/636461/… |

How can I speed up the setup of Eclipse? Yes sir. Alternatively, if they haven't played before it gives them something relatively mindless to do while you explain the game. |

Which alternative methods of choosing a starting player actually WORK? Play a game of 7 Wonders (where play is simultaneous) and winner goes first. Or play a game of Get bit (also simultaneous). |

Help me identify this card game with secret, changing rules Yeah, we always said "Penalty, playing out of turn" or whatever when we handed out cards so it was generally immediately obvious what was done wrong. Though "Penalty, failure to say the name." after a spade was played sometimes took a bit. |

What is the purpose of having randomizer cards for the non-kingdom cards? Alternatively, put the randomizers up side down. |

Rules for 7 Wonders, Leaders and Cities? I wish there was a combined rules... I've got both expansions, and having to flip through 3 books to find the card you're looking for can be a pain. |

Procession and Throne room interaction Considering that Throne Room is NOT a "may" ability whereas King's Court and Procession both are, I don't think this is a duplicate. |

Procession and Throne room interaction 4th point updated in light of the fact that procession is a "may" ability while throne room is not. |

Procession and Throne room interaction Uh... see point 4. You don't have to play either of the cards. Were I in that situation, I probably would village first and hope to draw something else exciting to play twice. |
