comment When claiming victory in 011, can one select a character other than the Chosen One or Fenrir?
Also, the answer does not appear to have changed, even if the rules have been updated somewhere

I've updated the link. Should it happen again, I got the latest rules from the Files section of the game's Board Game Geek page (boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/93194/011#files)

comment Why is “All that remains” banned from Android: Netrunner World Championships?
@AndrewVandever Well the rules themselves are linked in the question. I don't have an official source for my answer though, but it seems to be widely believed in the community (especially because the entire pack was banned, rather than specific cards). When the next update to the tournament rules comes out, that might confirm this answer (since presumably this exception will be removed).

You could consider something like Two Rooms and a Boom, maybe with extra time to accommodate the very large groups.

comment What are some common tactics to make runs against servers with unrezzed ICE in Netrunner?
@JohnMcCollum I do agree that of all the ICE types, Sentry tends to be most dangerous, so getting a sentry breaker out first is a good general strategy. Other ICE is more likely to just cost you credits, clicks or successful runs than programs and limbs.

@JohnMcCollum You're also safe from program-trashing effects if you don't have any installed ;)

comment Number of Agenda Cards Scored
Welcome to BCG.SE. It's not very clear what you're asking here. Unless an agenda is unique (i.e. has a diamond next to the name), you can score more than one with the same name. I'm not sure what else you might be referring to by "type" of agenda.

comment How do “Run” Events interact with effects that change the server you're running on?
@Nick I had the same reaction actually. Accessing is intrinsically part of a successful run, but it's odd that it doesn't use that precise wording. I guess that's why they used it as the example, to also confirm that it applies here too.

comment Game for a blind person
@Jefromi I was assuming they wanted to play against a sighted opponent. Without opaque sleeves, the indentation on the card may be visible to the naked eye, and an opponent might understand it. Obviously if all involved players are blind, the sleeves need not be opaque.

I've very commonly heard this referred to as an "Astrotrain" also.

comment Why is Femme Fatale so expensive to install?
As a general comment, Killers (i.e. Sentry breakers) are universally fairly expensive/inefficient. That's a fairly common design feature of these programs.

comment In Pathfinder ACG, what happens if I must encounter the Villain because of another effect?
That's only true at the start of the game. If you defeat the villain and he flees, he's then almost guaranteed to be in a location with another henchman.

comment Does “any” mean “all” or “one” for cards like Cheetah?
@ColinD Sure. I linked my source, which may or may not be conclusive enough for some people (if it hadn't had a comment from a supposed tester, I probably wouldn't have linked it). If another answer appears with a rulebook or FAQ quote, I highly expect it will (correctly) be voted above this answer as a more complete and conclusive answer. But if no such source exists, interpretation is all we have for now.

comment Does “any” mean “all” or “one” for cards like Cheetah?
@ColinD I agree that it can mean "all" in some English sentences, although I think it's rare to see such a phrasing to mean all in any card-game wording that I've come across (hence my second sentence, which I admit is interpretative). The fact that "any card" is singular also suggests it means "one". (If it had said "any cards", you'd have been hard-pressed to argue it meant only one.)

Great, as I suspected. Just wasn't sure what counted as an "ability".
