comment Is there a real disadvantage for the player kicking off step two in power grid?
Could you describe the disadvantage you perceive? Maybe you are playing the game incorrectly, but there's not really enough info to even guess...

comment How can I quickly estimate my level in go by playing against a computer/tablet?
Though it would be a bit tedious, one way to test this would be to play a few games between Fuego and another bot with known level. You can easily find such bots on KGS.

We used pliers... same effect, better taste.

comment When a card asks you to flip a coin is it against the rules to use a two headed coin?
Thanks for comments. In that case, should we close the question?

comment When a card asks you to flip a coin is it against the rules to use a two headed coin?
I'd invite down-voters to comment... I think the question has a rather obvious answer, but I don't think it's a bad question. Maybe not as serious as some others, but it has produced a good answer and nice limited discussion in comments.

comment What are examples of Go played on non-flat surfaces, like on a sphere?
Looks like he's not active anymore, but the kgs archives still have game records for user beerslayer, who played almost exclusively 37x37 games.

comment Are There Any Good Tools For Developing CCG Or Other Card Games?
Not sure yet whether I would call this a duplicate or not, but a strongly related question: boardgames.stackexchange.com/q/12174/1749

comment Tyr's Hand - Rule Check
+1! I don't know if there are good options out there for Netrunner, but if this were an analogous MtG question a great answer would be supported with a keyword and comprehensive rules quote. If there's a similarly official source to back up your explanation, it would be awesome to include it.

comment Is there an in-game mechanic reason for placing action cards face down during the planning phase
One addition: Space Alert seems designed to counteract "quarterbacking", one player taking over. The time pressure does a lot for this issue, but as your comment hints the face-down cards are a big part too. Even an experienced player can't tell a novice exactly what to do next because they can't determine at a glance where the novice is at any particular time! Which all comes back to your main point: communication.

comment How do Possession and Throne Room interact?
The one-line answer is very poorly for the victim.
