comment Protection from Milling Death
You could also use Elixir of Immortality which gets shuffled back into your deck each time you use it.

comment How can I prevent players from cheating?
Agreed. "Levelling up" is a great idea for cooperative games you play with friends to allow you to take on greater challenges together. It is a terrible idea for a competitive game you play with strangers. Punishing people for being new will only make sure that you never have any new players.

comment Implementing a map exploration mechanic cheaply
If you already have some cards (and those are cheaper to produce than tiles), why not just use cards instead of tiles?

That's how Puzzle Strike handles multiplayer as well.

comment “Diplomacy” rule clarification, unit under attack
Don't forget that you can cut support for attacking X if you successfully dislodge Y.

comment What are a blackjack dealer's options?
Playing with a dealer that has the same options as players would seem to be to be so different from normal blackjack that you couldn't even compare the two. The majority of blackjack strategy is based on decisions based on being able to see 1 (and only 1) of the dealer's cards, and the rules they have to follow.

comment 1-on-1 unorganized tournament scoring system
How many games do you expect to have in the "tournament"? Sounds like you just need basic ELO ranking, but I don't think it's going to work so well on such a small sample size.

comment Can people win at Diplomacy using a “Qin strategy?”
This doesn't really seem to address the question at all. If you're saying that the question can't be answered, that probably makes more sense as a comment.

comment Overcall of 3S over 1C opening, what does it show? (assuming bidding system SAYC)
This question isn't going to be answerable unless you give more details about the bidding system that you were using.
