comment What does “each other player” mean on Unwinding Clock?
Why would player three be the only player referred to by "each other player"?

comment What's the most intuitive way to use a die for a pass/fail test?
The chance of success in this game at a dangerous event is 50%, but the player has a great deal of choice in whether or not they have to face these events. Also, custom dice is fine, but the publisher I work with wants to stick to standard dice as a component, as they're much cheaper.

@goldPseudo, "PASS/FAIL" dice would be perfect, but yes, they'd be too expensive.

comment Where can I buy Magic: The Gathering cards?
A quick Google search for "buy individual magic cards" reveals many sites.

comment How do I make Home Builders more fun?
Sounds like you've figured out what's wrong: cooperation isn't needed/possible, winning based on luck, outcome known long before the endgame. Fixing all those would require changing most of the game.

comment Is War actually a game?
@GendoIkari, some context of why I'm asking: I work for a company that publishes tabletop games and we're having a brainstorm-type discussion on future products.

comment What happens if you submit orders for another player?
Absolutely. I was just assuming (without warrant) that if Calhamer did it, it was probably allowed.

So Calhamer's Flying Dutchman is completely outside the rules?
