comment Rules for Churchill Solitaire?
Ah, that makes sense and would likely have made me lose the game (which I expected to do).
comment Rules for Churchill Solitaire?
That's basically how I played it but I ended up with situation that weren't clear. For instance, when you deal the new face up cards onto the stacks you end up with cards stacked face up that aren't in red-blue descending sequence. Can I move an part of a face-up stack or an entire face-up stack onto another stack, including the out of sequence cards? That's why I'd love to see actual rules, those edge cases are unclear based on the video reviews I've seen.
comment What does “if there are previously drawn cards in your hand, rearrange the hand so that four cards are visible” mean?
The way we always played it was that you would just slide the face up cards over so you have the top 4 fanned out and might have other face up cards under the bottom-most fanned card. Then if you are able to eliminate some of the cards you slide those cards back into the fan to make it 4 visible cards. I hope that makes sense, it's kinda awkward to describe. Basically the fan just collapses on the left side (assuming they are fanned to the right) as you add more cards to the right side.
comment Looking to identify a particular form of solitaire played in-hand, not on a table
Thank you! That looks very much like the rules I remember.
