Diplomacy “lite”? This sounds very similar to the board game Swärje, in which you run a political campaign full of corruption with the goal to smuggle money to your Swiss bank account. A caveat is that it is in Swedish. |

Is it possible to combo Spy and Wishing Well? It is subtle, really. I interpreted "get drawn [..] instead of being wished for" as you don't need to wish, you can just draw it. |
