"the turn began" means upkeep, right? What if I sacrifice a creature with undying in order to Fling the creature during the upkeep before draw step?

@thesunneversets, in the BR deck I got on my last draft some creatures with undyiung were perfect for Fling :). But unfortunately they could not attack the same turn after being sacrificed. So I had to choose, whether to attack (and fling after it) or not to attack and just fling and make them bigger.
