@atk, What part of the card allows you to ignore Player B's Keepers when you check if Player A has the most? Player A is not the player with the most Keepers. He's merely a player with the most Keepers. It is explicitly stated that ties does not end the game.

comment +1/+1 counter, where does it go when my adversary bolts it's target?
Nice card. The answer would be completely different if it read "among any number of target creatures you control." Both the creatures (601.2c) and the distribution (601.2d) would be picked upon stacking in that case.

@atk, He does not satisfy the winning condition. 1) He's got 5 or more Keepers [satisfied], and 2) he's the player with the most Keepers [not satisfied]. A tie is explicitly called out as not meeting the winning condition.

comment Do Triggered effects stack?
Re "You get four life", More precisely, you get 1 life four times. There's no actual "stacking" (in the OP's meaning of the word). If you think in terms of "stacking", you're thinking about it wrong. (It's also confusing, since "stack" means something completely different in MTG.)

Your answer is self contradictory. "Until a clear winner emerges" only applies if you keep playing, but you said "Player A" should win rather than keep playing.

@corsiKa, Not at all. When the onus is on them, it's because they have priority. (The reason they have priority is because you are assumed to pass priority because it makes things go more quickly and smoothly because it's very rarely useful or advantageous to respond to your own spells. For that same reason "I active its ability X times" is a tournament shortcut for activating and letting resolve X times rather than stacking X instances.)
