comment How many times can Proxima Cenatauri Scholars use its owner benefit?
I don't know the game at all, but option "B" seems very unlikely.

comment Is there an official rule on “setting up” your deck before play?
@Rainbolt, "not allowed by the rules" and "against the rules" means the same thing. Your last statement is a constradiction.

comment Is there an official rule on “setting up” your deck before play?
@Rainbolt, By definition, anything a judge says is official. If a judge says it's against the rules, it's officially against the rules.

@Rainbolt, When asking what a judge would do, I'd rather go with the answers given by the judges (and the accepted answer). Both wasting time and attempting to get a non-randomized deck are against the rules.

@Rainbolt, Re "there is no actual rule against mana weaving", Yes there is. There are rules requiring a randomized deck, something which mana-weaving attempts to defeat.

@Rainbolt, Re "If you can mana weave [...] in that time, that's great" No, cheating isn't great, even if you do it the allocated time for sideboarding. See the answer to the question this is a dup of. As further confirmation, it is my recollection that more than one of the judges on Rules Q&A said they wouldn't tolerate that.

@Gendolkari, Setting yourself up to cheat by accident is cheating.

@Rainbolt, Re "Mana weaving is perfectly legal (although a waste of time)", Is it perfectly legal or a waste of time (which is illegal)?

comment Is the medallion being used in Haunt N21?
I seemed to remember there being a restriction that prevented the sharing, but I didn't have the time to look it up. Thanks for saving me the trouble :)

comment Does killing a face-down morph trigger the death triggers printed on the card?
If the ability triggered upon entering the graveyard ("When Emrakul is put into a graveyard from anywhere, ..."), it would be the opposite answer as those use the default "after the event" checks.

comment Why is Morph not considered an ability?
@Rainbolt, That's the basis's of the OP's question. He asked how can Morph work if this is so. Doesn't make sense to include it in the answer.

Playing a land is another example of a special action enabled by the rules. There are six in total, listed in CR 115.
