Spawn rules for the Overlord For 2E, it depends on the scenario (this is usually spelled out under the Reinforcements section). Some scenarios say "place monsters" while others say, "place monsters -- monsters can act the turn they are placed." |

Battlestar Galactica: why Pegasus sympathiser is better "...that savvy players will engage in a weird metagame where Galactica's resources must deliberately be sabotaged for the good of the humans!" This, especially. If I remember correctly, the ideal position is to have one resource depleted to just under half, and the other resources at full. The whole first half of the game is "gaming the system" to set this up. Not fun. |

Recommendation for D&D players who want a faster dungeon/questing game after dinner? A lot of times, we'll give everyone a silver or gold treasure, find the boss and give him some extra minions, and just finish the boss battle. |
