comment What is the original purpose of Bazaar of Baghdad?
Attunement is another older card (Urza's Saga) with this mechanic. It can be reused over and over, like the Bazaar.

comment What are the dragonflies used for in Little Balancing?
@Jeff Snider - That website is insane(I gave up)! If you can post a direct link to the English rules as an answer, that would be great.

comment When scoring in Prosperity, is there a maximum limit for research?
@MK78 - I haven't found that. Obviously those cards are crucial, but it's the timing that matters most. You can't just buy Prosperity symbols and ignore research or ecology, for example.

comment How quickly does a player have to say “Uno” to avoid drawing exta cards?
@Saloman Miguel - Nope! Re-read the rule I quoted: you may not catch a player for a failure to say UNO after the next player begins his turn. So if you've started your turn, it's too late. I think it's fair to assume the rules expect the game to be played in a single sitting. If a single game was spread overnight, and you haven't had your turn yet, I think it's still in the spirit of the rules that you've missed your chance to penalise your friend if you've left it for hours to notice. The point is you notice immediately, or the player gets away with it.
