comment Are there similar games to “Love Letter”?
@Justin808 - I sympathise with your frustration. This meta question explains better the rationale for why these kinds of questions are not allowed: Should we ban game recommendation questions?. In a nutshell, there are basically unlimited answers, and they are all opinions. Please understand that this is not personal - the role of a moderator is to enforce the community consensus of the site, that's all.

comment Small World: Why does it use 3-point coins?
@Steven Stadnicki - I believe the rules for SmallWorld specifically state that score should be hidden. I expect this is to make king-making scenarios more difficult.

comment Best places to buy board games online?
Hi, and welcome to the site! I'm afraid shopping and recommendation questions in general are off-topic here, so this question has been closed. Please see boardgames.stackexchange.com/help/on-topic for more information.

comment How can I best assess the quality of a game of Scrabble?
@closers - After editing, and in light of the answers provided, I don't agree that this is "primarily opinion-based". Please feel free to raise this on meta if you feel strongly, so we can discuss the boundary in more detail.

+1 This is a great answer.

comment Whats the perfect set for Agricola solo series using E, I, and K decks?
It sounds like you've thought this through pretty carefully already (in fact half of your question is really an answer). Is there something specific you want to know? As it stands this is hard to respond to.

comment Looking for a horror boardgame I used to play back in 1999 or so
Relic Raiders: Haunted Ruins looks like the game - it is 3d pop up, and has four rooms. Problem is it was released in 2008. Perhaps it's based on an older original?

comment Which computer board game designer works best for card games?
Please could you add some detail, summarising something about why this site would help answer the question? As it stands, such a short answer is borderline product spam.

comment What is the original purpose of Bazaar of Baghdad?
Attunement is another older card (Urza's Saga) with this mechanic. It can be reused over and over, like the Bazaar.

@Ikegami - Indeed, I lack tenacity. Oh, how obvious! ;)

comment What are the dragonflies used for in Little Balancing?
@Jeff Snider - That website is insane(I gave up)! If you can post a direct link to the English rules as an answer, that would be great.

comment When scoring in Prosperity, is there a maximum limit for research?
@MK78 - I haven't found that. Obviously those cards are crucial, but it's the timing that matters most. You can't just buy Prosperity symbols and ignore research or ecology, for example.

comment How quickly does a player have to say “Uno” to avoid drawing exta cards?
@Saloman Miguel - Nope! Re-read the rule I quoted: you may not catch a player for a failure to say UNO after the next player begins his turn. So if you've started your turn, it's too late. I think it's fair to assume the rules expect the game to be played in a single sitting. If a single game was spread overnight, and you haven't had your turn yet, I think it's still in the spirit of the rules that you've missed your chance to penalise your friend if you've left it for hours to notice. The point is you notice immediately, or the player gets away with it.

comment In bridge, are there different implications of overcalling 1NT in different positions?
@Pieter Geerkens, Aryabhata - This thread is getting rather long. Consider taking the discussion to chat if there's more to say.

Thanks, but I don't think it's enough to be the answer. I'd like to see some detailing of the differences to have definitive proof.

comment Is this movement through other trucks in Auf Achse correct?
Fine with leaving this title edit, since it is in context, but note that this is not necessary for search engine optimisation. Stack Overflow is optimized so that tags are indexed by search engines along with the content of the question. See Should questions include tags in their titles?
