In the official rules of Monopoly, can you offer immunity to other players in deals? With respect to tournament rules, how about this: boardgamegeek.com/filepage/26289/… I'm not in a place where I can view this right now, but perhaps you can, and add it if it's relevant. |

In the official rules of Monopoly, can you offer immunity to other players in deals? Do you have a reference you could point to that backs this up? It would make your answer much stronger. |

40K: What are the disadvantages of playing Necrons? @David Pointer - Thanks, but I'm confident you'll get a much better answer in due course. Don't worry about site acceptance. Challenging questions are much more valuable, IMHO. :) |

40K: What are the disadvantages of playing Necrons? @CaulynDarr - Personally, I think this question is ok. Each 40K army has broad features which aren't subjective. For example, Tyranids excel at close combat, Tau are excellent ranged, Space Marines cost a lot but are tough. In that vein, I could imagine writing a general answer to this that would be useful - if I had a copy of the current codex. ;) |

40K: What are the disadvantages of playing Necrons? It's been a while since I saw a Necron codex (so leaving this for someone else to answer), but my recollection was they are expensive in points, and your army "fades away" when you drop below 25% strength, so it's somewhat easier to lose. |

Looking for Information security / risk management table top or card games Welcome to the site. I'm afraid we don't allow game recommendation questions, so I'm going to have to close this. |

In Pandemic, do certain setup and card order combinations make it impossible to win? Wow. That's brutal. |

What happens if you cast a card that says “Target Opponent” in Two Headed Giant? I think this is answered by the existing question How does metalcraft work in Two-Headed-Giant? Summary: your opponents still count as two separate players, so you pick which one to target. |

How is co-operative play made more difficult in the Something Wicked expansion for A Touch of Evil? I don't have a definitive answer. But here's a detailed review. And here's a rules summary, including the new expansion on the last page. I think what you really want to see is the Advanced Mystery Phase Chart, which sounds like it makes the game a lot more challenging. But that doesn't seem to be online anywhere. |

How much should the University cost? Here's a quote from Andreas Seyfarth, the designer: Andreas confessed to me that today, he would indeed decrease the cost of the university by 1 doubloon and increase the cost of the factory by 1 doubloon. Hence, he would exchange the positions of both buildings on the Puerto Rico board. Also linked under "balance fixes" at BGG-Peurto Rico. Perhaps that was the original source? |

Android Versions of Designer Board Games @user1873 - "Designer Board Games" makes me think of genetically-tailored nanotech board games that adjust the rules based on your personality. That you play in a super-hip penthouse suite, in a sharp suit... |

Where can I buy a Quija board? With regard to the second part of your question, yes they are still produced, both as a glow-in-the-dark plastic version, and fancier wood versions, as any trivial Google search will reveal. But surely, as the author of that skeptics post and blog entry, you knew this already? |
