Monty Python Fluxx definitely seems to have more silly cards with actions to conduct yourself (singing, accents). Zombie fluxx only has the one AFAIK.

So, to confirm, If I want to, say, kill a zombie with a weapon, I have to do that the Play cards section (within the limits?). I can't do it after playing, for example, 4 cards I've just drawn?

I'd disagree that the rules of Diplomacy are equally complex, I've always found new players to pick them up very easily - if only because there are so many less pieces and variations!
