What are the differences between the Fluxx games? Also, +1 just for alerting me to Pirate Fluxx! |

What are the differences between the Fluxx games? Monty Python Fluxx definitely seems to have more silly cards with actions to conduct yourself (singing, accents). Zombie fluxx only has the one AFAIK. |

Fluxx - When should I carry out actions / use keepers? So, to confirm, If I want to, say, kill a zombie with a weapon, I have to do that the Play cards section (within the limits?). I can't do it after playing, for example, 4 cards I've just drawn? |

How difficult is Axis and Allies to learn and teach new players? You point about Risk is good though, I find it far too shallow after Diplomacy/A&A. |

How difficult is Axis and Allies to learn and teach new players? I'd disagree that the rules of Diplomacy are equally complex, I've always found new players to pick them up very easily - if only because there are so many less pieces and variations! |

Games that have no element of luck. +1 for a variation of A&A I hadn't heard of - could you expand here: boardgames.stackexchange.com/questions/2111/axis-allies-chess |

How can I recognize games I should avoid buying if I only play with non-hardcore gamers? @Lo'oris I agree 'games deceptively conceal their inner complexity' is a whole other question in itself. |
