  • The first player lays down a draw 4 card.
  • The second player draws 4 cards.
  • The third player lays down a draw 4 card as well.

1st player lays down a draw 4 card. 2nd player draws 4 cards. 3rd player lays down draw 4 card as well. Does that mean the 2ndsecond player puts back theretheir 4 cards. While the 4thfourth player has to draw 8 cards?
