When the runner Noise (G-mod) installs a virus the Corp must trash the top R&D card.  Can the Corp and/or the runner look at that card?  Is the card trashed face up or face down?

My guess is that it gets trashed face down and forces the Corp and the Runner to access the stack if they want to see it.
