A strategy board game that involves a careful planning of gaining resources and acquiring characters with different skills.
The game involves 2-5 players. It takes 60 to 120 minutes (the box says 75-100), depending on the number of people playing and their degree of acquaintance with the game. The rules are quite complicated.
The goal of the game is to develop a province in an ancient China for a year. One turn in the game corresponds to one month, and almost every month corresponds to a disaster, from which the players should protect themselves by taking in different characters and gaining resources. Apart from protection, one should also aim at gaining as many points as one can. In the end of the game, the degree of one's province prosperity is also transformed into points, and the player with the highest amount of point wins.
The game was designed by Stefan Feld in 2007.
