Mar 17, 2018 at 19:35 comment added Thunderforge In addition to it being a staple, there’s also the fact that it’s so iconic. Heck, the final duel in the 2016 movie Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions features Monster Reborn as a critical card that helps win the duel.

Feb 14, 2018 at 20:37 comment added DarkCygnus @Therationalduelist yeah, and Pendulum and Link decks won't benefit much from including it, as the already have alternatives, or their strategy revolves around something different than being able to resurrect monsters.

I mean it guess it will be easier to work with my Blue Eyes deck with Monster Reborn now that I don't need Return of the Dragon Lords to resurrect good monsters, plus I can revive Extra deck monsters like my Blue Eyes Spirit Dragon. Being able to stop Pendulums with that card, can definitely be help.
